RAPID ANTIGEN TESTS

For patients with respiratory symptoms or feeling generally unwell, we strongly recommend they have a PCR test at one of the many testing sites.

Rapid Antigen tests in this setting are not as accurate due to many factors including timing and technique.

Rapid Antigen tests are a good screening tool for well patients and at Glen Iris Medical Group we use them for patients who require long procedural appointments.
