ATAGI – Australia’s technical advisory group on immunisation – has recommended a three month interval between second and third doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, reduced from four months.
We encourage everyone to come forward to get their COVID-19 booster shot when the time comes, so they can continue to protect their family, friends and the broader community.
GIMG is now offering existing patients Pfizer booster vaccinations for anyone who had their second dose 3 months ago, and is over 16.
