We are pleased to offer a new online Script Renewal & Re- Referral Request Service.
Patients will be able to request an updated Script or Referral via our website or AMS Connect APP – within the parameters of our Script and Referral Policy (patient must have attended an appointment within the last 6 months – or 12 months for Oral Contraceptive Pill – and only for a repeat prescription of ONE regular, continuing medication or a re-referral to a specialist for ongoing care).
Please be advised that there is a 2 – 4 business day turnaround time and anything required more urgently will need an appointment. There is a $25 charge for this service.
