Over 30% of Australian adults have high blood pressure, and over 40% have high cholesterol. We recommend if you’re 45 and over, or 30 and over if you’re of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent, that you speak to your GP about having a Heart Health Check.

Annual vaccination is the most important measure to prevent influenza and its complications. It is recommended for all people ≥6 months of age.
